I am 37 years & my child is 8 years old. After her birth I met with 2 missed carriages. One was a hmole. Now I am trying for a baby for one year. I under went a hcg test and no block were found. My AHM report indicates 0.22. Can i have a baby from IUI treatment

Yes. You can try IUI treatment. However, you need undergo further tests considering your AMH level.
