Doctor, I have 9+ years old daughter, I hope get another kid but last year my husband has diagnosed cancer on his right thigh (sarcoma) & done surgery with radiation therapy, before radiation therapy we freeze his sperm as advice of dr, then two months ago he did sperm test & one of dr said still husbands sperm not enough. Which method can we use? Thanks

I have to see the report before advising on treatment option. If the sperm count is enough, you can go for a fertility treatment like IUI. Otherwise the option is to use frozen sperm for IVF.
