I had a stillbirth (33 weeks) from emergency c-section 10 days before. The reason they have mention for still birth was blood clot in placenta. But they never prescribe any treatment for this after delivery. Is it mandatory to take drug like "anticoagulant"

No. This condition is not treated with anticoagulant medications. Further blood tests may reveal the cause for this blood clot. However this can happen without any underlying cause.
