I had my last periods on feb 14th..after that i was in an intimate relationship..but since i was a virgin before,on that day there was no release of blood or either didnt feel any ejaculation inside me. But this month, till now i didnt get my monthly period..does it mean that i might be pregnant doctor?

It is possible to become pregnant. You can exclude pregnancy by doing a urine pregnancy test.
