Having severe abdominal pains before two weeks of having period. Pain lasts for average five minutes and for about three days. This is not during period and only prior to two weeks of starting. Pain is severe (feel like fainting and sweatty). have done scanning previously, nothing wrong with scan report
This pain is called Mittelschmerz. This usually happens when the egg released from your ovary (usually 2 weeks before your next period). If this is severe, you can take medications to prevent egg release.
