doctor, i am expecting a pregnancy and my serum b-hcg level test was done yesterday and the result was 73.99..today evening i have noticed minor bleeding like spots..and my menstrual dates are also close by.. doctor im thinking whether i am getting periods..? is it normal in first few weeks in pregnancy? or else do i need to go to consult a doctor ? your kind and qucik attention on this regard is highly appreciated.
