Doctor Random Blood Sugar test ekak karanna ona ahara ganeemen kochchara welawakata pasuwada? Today I did a RBS and it shows result as 187.I did this within 45 minutes after I took my breakfast.I ate some vegetable roti n egg roti which made by flour.please advise is this is a pre diabetes sign

RBS සඳහා විශේෂ කාල සීමාවක් නැහැ. මෙය වැඩි නමුත් දියවැඩියාව ඇතිදැයි මින් තහවුරු කල නොහැකියි. PPBSපරීක්ෂණය ආහාර වේලකින් පැය දෙකකට පසුව සිදු කල යුතුයි
