we have done iui on 2017/06/18 . My wife is already pregnant . Our problem is we cant see babies heartbeat . After we got one tablet continue 3 weeks . Again we checked babies heartbeat on last saturday ( 12/08/2017 ) . But we cant see heartbeat . Please tell me what can we do ...?
