Dr i am in 30 th week of pregnancy.i am expecting twins.before pregnancy my HGB level was 14.In 8 week of pregnancy it was 11.3 and today it is 10.4.i take one tablet of anemidocs once a day.is there any problem with my HB level.

Hemoglobin level usually drops during pregnancy. This is normal. You may need to take more Iron tablet.
