Dr I have 8cm endomatrioma on left side and 4 cm endomatrioma on right side ovary. How can i remove it? Is it possible via latharocopy of open surgery? How long should i have to wait for pregnency after removing it? Please reply me

It is better to have a laparoscopic surgery for this. You will need medical treatment for at least 3 months before trying to become pregnant.
