My Question :-
I got a viral flu during 9 weeks pregnancy and had to take antibiotics (Amoxicillin) as a treatment. I have heard that it is not good taking medicine before 3 months as it can affect baby. Is Amoxicillin safe for the baby. How can we exactly know whether some medicine has an impact on the baby or not?
This antibiotic is safe in pregnancy. It does not cause any harm to the baby.
