I am three months pregnant now and I have visited my VOG twice and he done Ultrasound scan two times. is it ok to have ultra sound every month as I had only three during my last pregnancy

Yes. Ultrasound scan is safe during pregnancy. However, doppler scans and X Rays should be avoided if possible.
