NTD 1.30 in 17 week.what is the best treatment for me.i have iron deficiency also.

I assume you are referring to screening test for neural tube defects. In that case 1:30 means you have 1 in 30 chance of having an affected baby.  On average, 29 out of 30 (or 97%) of women who receive this report, will in fact go on to have a normal healthy baby.  But in 1 out of 30 women receiving a report saying there is an increased risk of an abnormality. Your doctor will discuss the result with you and you can choose to have a detailed ultrasound scan at around 18-19 weeks
